Clinic hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Fee: $20 per person - lunch included
Juniors 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
This event will be held in the Clubhouse and on the 50-Yard Range.
The Clinic and Match are CMP Sanctioned and Coordinated by Chuck Yarletts, a CMP Master Instructor.
The Clinic will be held in the Clubhouse beginning at 9am sharp. Plan to arrive by 8:30am to sign in.
Lunch will be provided - details to follow
The afternoon will consist of a CMP Sanctioned 60 shot match on the outdoor 50-Yard Range.
The Clinic/Match will conclude about 5pm
The Clinic is designed for shooters of all levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced shooters who want to learn safe recreational shooting, improve their skills, or better prepare themselves for competitive shooting. The Clinic and Match will be challenging to all who attend.
Topics covered in the clinic will include; history of the CMP Rimfire Sporter program, safety procedures, proper use of slings, rules and rule changes for 2026, scoring procedures, eligible rifles and equipment, rifle classifications, and much, much more.
The afternoon will include a 60 shot match on the 50-yard outdoor range. Safety Officers and Certified Instructors will be on-hand to ensure a safe afternoon, and to assist in proper position and answer any questions that arise. The match will be shot on paper targets.
Plan to arrive about 8:30 to sign in - Clinic begins at 9am sharp!

Bring: note pad and writing implements for taking notes and scoring targets
snacks and plenty of liquids
eye and ear protection
a .22 rimfire rifle, a shooting mat and 100 rounds of ammunition
